9. Use of cookies

In order to make the use of our website appealing to you and to enable certain functions, we use so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website. You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and you can decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be restricted. Cookies, which are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you, are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for technically error-free and optimised provision of our services. If other cookies - e.g. cookies for analysing your user behaviour - are stored, these are explained separately.

10. Storage of access data in server log files

You can use our website without providing any personal information. On our behalf, only access data is stored in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes e.g. browser type and browser version, operating system, referrer URL, name of the requested file, date and time of retrieval, transferred data volume, the requesting provider and your IP address. This data is evaluated exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of our website and to improve our offer and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person. For this purpose, you need to send us an informal e-mail. Revocation does not affect the legality of the data processing operations that occurred up to the point of revocation. The data entered by you in the contact form shall remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies, e.g. after your request has been processed. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

For this reason, the browser you use must connect to Google servers. In doing so, Google is informed that your IP address is accessing our website. We use Google web fonts in order to depict our online offers in a consistent, appealing manner. This is considered a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used. We have no influence on this data transmission. Google Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our website and in order to make it easier to locate the places indicated by us on this website. This is considered a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.
